Guest Post: Itty Bits of Balance’s Quick and Effective Workouts
Hi all!
I’m (hopefully!) in the air as you read this (yup, I’m flying Continental!) and will be home tonight. Keeping you going for my last day of vacay is the wonderful Brittany over at Itty Bits of Balance. I love her positive, fun posts and healthy outlook on exercise and diet, which she has achieved through her own experiences and trials. Here she gives you an intro into her background and blog and some great workouts that ensure you make the most of your time in the gym! Enjoy and see you real soon!

Hey Guiltless Life readers! My name is Brittany and I’m the brains of the operation behind Itty Bits of Balance!
Anna was kind enough to ask me to do a guest post for her while she’s out visiting her home base, and I was delighted to jump on the opportunity!
Like Anna, I try to live a clean and “guiltless” life– but with an overweight history looming in my back pocket, its something that has taken lots of patience, trial, and error on my end. During my 3-year weight loss journey, I became severely addicted to exercise and consistently worked myself into oblivion. I’m talking improperly training for a marathon, intense cardio 6/7 days of the week, and refusing to give myself any type of a break or rest day.
To prevent myself from falling back into that loophole, I’ve discovered a new style of working out that has me done in a jiffy! These quicker sweat-sessions never last any longer than 45 minutes, and have proven to be just as effective, if not more so, than the countless hours I used to spend plateauing at the gym. Because this short but intense style of working out has proven to be so beneficial to me, I decided to share a few of my favorite workouts with all of you 🙂
My Favorite Quick & Intense Workouts:
45 Minute Full Body/Sprint Circuit Training
10-10-10 Full Body Workout (25 minutes)
So here you have it folks! You can check out some other quick fixes on my workout page if you’re feelin’ curious. I hope to see you all around! 🙂
A bit to think about: Do you ever finding yourself squeezing in short but effective workouts?
