New NuNaturals Giveaway!

NuNaturals are a big favourite in the blog world, for their absolutely superior stevia products that leave no aftertaste and no bitterness. I just love them.

I was fresh out of my stevia packets and was relying on a supermarket brand that, in my opinion, is far inferior. I was so delighted to receive a ‘care package’ of sorts from NuNatural in the mail, replenishing my supply of not just stevia packets but liquid stevias as well!

Of course the reason for this care package was so the delightful staff (and Ron!) at NuNaturals could send me their newest flavours, lemon and orange liquid stevia.

You’ve no doubt seen these circulating in the blog world already. They are made without artificial flavours – 100% natural – and that really shows in the taste. I have always found that artificial lemon flavour, for example, tastes a bit like soap. Ick! I can’t stress how genuinely lemony the taste of this stevia is – it is just fabulous.

If you saw my What I Ate Wednesday post last week, you’ll see I added the lemon stevia to my regular cake batter protein smoothie to create a kind of lemon batter smoothie, and it was just divine. Just like eating the batter of my lemon poppyseed muffins!

I think the Lemon would be good in lemon bars or lemon icing, and the orange would go well in some hot cocoa ๐Ÿ™‚ or a tropical citrus oatmeal bowl!

What an awesome giveaway!! I already like the guiltless life on fb and twitter! I would use the flavors in smoothies and pancakes. I’d love to see how strong the flavor is to see if you can get away without any juice or zest from the actual fruit in a baked good!

I liked you on Facebook (how had I not done that yet?), tweeted about your giveaway, I’m already a blog follower, and now I shall tell you that I would like to try the NuNaturals in my tea. I have some Chocolate Flake Tea from Teapigs and I think it would taste awesome with some orange NuNaturals in it! I also think a few drops of the orange flavour in a smoothie with chocolate protein powder would be delicious.

Ever since my doctor said I was pre-diabetic, the only sweetener I use is stevia. These sound fantastic. I could make lemon drop cookies with the lemon one and use the orange to add to a homemade sherbet. I also like the sound of lemon poppy muffins. There are lots of possibilities.

I add the orange flavor to Greek yogurt that I mix instant white chocolate pudding mix and almond milk into….the consistency is way thicker than regular pudding (which I often find too watery) and it tastes like an orange julius that you can eat with a spoon!
