Photo from Pinterest.com A couple of weeks ago, I said that I had taken the first step in putting myself out there with my writing. As that post was already crazy long, I said I would share details with you at a later date. This is that date! This was originally supposed to be a post showing off some wonderful pumpkin cream cheese muffins, or the butternut squash soup I made last month. I especially wanted to post these because the lovely Ari over at The Diva Dish was doing a fall recipe link-up and I thought that either of these recipes would be perfect. However, I moved on Monday and...well... I'm completely overwhelmed.
Photo credit to Shape.com This fall as we all head back indoors for our workouts, I have a killer circuit workout for you - no boredom, guaranteed! But first, if you follow me on Twitter, you may have seen my tweets about this but if not, two quick 'housekeeping' issues: 1) There are going to be a few giveaways coming up in the near future. And they are pretty 'sweet', if you get my drift. And on the subject of food I have some pumpkin recipes coming up shortly. Ooh yah. 2) You can find this blog very easily now by simply typing in www.guiltlesslife.com - easy! 3) Send me any comments/suggestions/questions you have but don't want to publicly state in the comments via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Some people had been having trouble finding my contact info. Okay, so workout time!
Who said pie has to always be sweet? No, I know, most of you like sweet pie. Hey, I like sweet pie (see the end of this post for more on that)! But I also love my veggies. This recipe PACKS in the veggies. Big time packs them in. That's why it has to have such a long name - because it just can't decide which veggie to promote the most (I know, lentils are technically pulses, but...potato potahto...)
So I'm moving this weekend. In what I thought was a moment of genius, I made triple the amount of two of my freezable dinner recipes last weekend and popped them in the freezer to keep me going once I packed up the kitchen. Yeah...on day 3 of eating the same thing AGAIN, I realized this was a horrible idea. So I'm posting these quesadillas I made last week (as in, when I still had cookware to use) so that I can at least eat vicariously through the pictures. They are delicious, but honestly, any food OTHER THAN WHAT I'M EATING EVERY NIGHT is going to look delicious at this point. True fact.
